The team of volunteer caregivers at Pizz School and Support Centre, which cares for over 500 orphaned and vulnerable children, asked for our help to buy an egg incubator.

Many of the children come to school hungry.

An incubator with a capacity of 1000 eggs will first and foremost provide an invaluable additional source of nutrition to the school lunches already provided.

It will however also provide a source of income for the project through the sale of eggs and chickens, as well as the loan of the incubator itself to the local community.

We were absolutely delighted to hear this week from the KF Charitable Trust that they are happy to cover this cost, and so make a huge difference to these children!
